In 2017, at 27 years old, I opened my first practice in Hurst, TX. Since then, I’ve grown my company to 3 full service dental offices in the DFW area and plan to expand to many more.
I’m an avid learner and am passionate about clinical dentistry. I’ve amassed over 1,500 hours of continuing education. I earned my Fellowship in the AGD in 2021 and am on track to have my Mastership soon. I was honored with the Top 40 Under 40 Award by both the Dallas Business Journal (2022) and Incisal Edge Magazine (2023). I believe a business can only be great if the team is truly valued and I live by this mantra. I’m a key opinion leader and speaker for Dentsply Sirona and have also created curriculum for them in their clear aligner modules. I started the first SureSmile DFW Study Club and host regular webinars on the merits of clear aligner therapy. I’ve spoken on prominent stages in dentistry and for entrepreneurs.
As a mentor, I’ve guided several students into admission into dental school and have coached fellow female dentists into tapping into the joy in their careers and living their best lives.
